Information You Provide

When you use Studio91, we may collect information you provide directly to us, including your email address, username, profile photo, character photo, account information, and messages you send to us for support or other inquiries.

You should only upload photos and other content that you have the right to use and share.

Game Room Information

When you create, join, or participate in a Studio91 game, we may store information necessary to operate the game, including room codes, selected stories, player lists, character assignments, secret roles, round state, votes, results, gameplay progress, and related timestamps.

Certain gameplay information may be visible to other players in the same game room as part of the game.

Photos and User Content

If you upload a profile or character photo, we may store that photo so it can appear in your account or game room.

Photos and other content you choose to share within a game room may be visible to other players participating in that room.

You can choose whether to upload photos to Studio91.

Purchase Information

Purchases made through the Studio91 iOS app are processed by Apple, and purchases made through the Studio91 Android app are processed by Google. Studio91 does not receive or store your full payment card details.

We may receive information about the status of a purchase as necessary to verify transactions, unlock purchased content, or restore purchases.

Website Analytics

The Studio91 website uses Google Analytics to help us understand how visitors use the website.

Google Analytics may collect information such as pages visited, interactions with the website, device and browser information, approximate location derived from technical information, and other usage data.

We use this information to understand website performance and improve Studio91.

App, Device, and Usage Information

When you use the Studio91 app, we may collect limited technical and operational information necessary to operate, secure, and improve the service. This may include information such as app version, device type, authentication status, crash or diagnostic information, and usage events.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide and operate Studio91, maintain account and game functionality, support users, meet legal or accounting requirements, prevent fraud or abuse, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Account Deletion

You can request account deletion through the Profile screen in the Studio91 app, or by email if you no longer have the app installed. See Delete Your Studio91 Account for step-by-step instructions.

When an account is deleted, we will delete or de-identify associated personal information where reasonably possible. Certain information may be retained when necessary for legal, security, fraud prevention, transaction, backup, or other legitimate operational purposes.

Your Choices

You may update certain account information, including your username and profile photo, through the Studio91 app. You may also choose whether to upload photos.

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your account, subject to applicable legal, security, and technical requirements.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information processed through Studio91.

However, no online service or method of electronic storage can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and game room codes and for sharing them only with people you trust.

Children

Studio91 is intended for users aged 12 and older. Users under 12 are not permitted to create a Studio91 account or use the service.

If you believe that a child under 12 has provided personal information to Studio91, please contact us so we can review the situation and take appropriate action, including deletion where appropriate.
